Molinari’s is hiring!

For those of you who don't already know, Molinari’s is an authentic Italian restaurant on the Southside of Bethlehem. We are passionate about the quality of our service, food, and dining experience.

Since opening in 2011, we have always provided fine dining in a casual atmosphere. We source everything possible from local farms and provisioners, and we strive to provide excellent dining experiences for all of our guests.

For each of our applicants, we expect: accountability, good work ethic, being a team player, and a passion for learning. We are accepting resumes, in person, Monday through Thursday, between 2 and 4 PM- come to the front of the restaurant and if no one is immediately available, please give us a call at 610 625 9222. You may also apply via email to info@molinarimangia.com. Please specify position for which you are applying in the subject line, and include at least your resume, as well as anything else you deem pertinent.

What we are looking for:

Front of House:
-A back waiter
-A front of house assistant; facilitates servers with table maintenance and enhances the dining experience for our guests. Must be available at least Thursday through Saturday evenings.
-A host/hostess
-The face and presence who greets our guests at the restaurant, organizes reservations and seating, and helps control the flow of the restaurant. Schedule may vary, but must be available weekend evenings.
Back of House:
-Garde Manger
-Responsible for pantry, salads, antipasti, desserts, etc. Preferably have knife skills, experience in the back of house, a desire to prepare and present beautiful, thoughtful food. Previous experience with Italian cuisine a plus, but not necessary.

We are featuring several other fantastic Lehigh Valley restaurants and businesses this year who are donating their services for this excellent and unique collaborative dinner: TheMINT Gastropub, 3rd & Ferry Fresh Fish, Grain and Lit Roastery and Bakeshop. We are especially excited about this lineup. Hors doeuvres are being served by each chef preparing a savory course, followed by a 5-course meal with Italian wine pairings generously donated by South Italy Imports. In addition, we will have Bonn Place Brewing Co. on tap with a special saison brewed just for this event. With dessert, Monocacy Coffee Co. is providing the beans for espresso and coffee.
